Description:

The Client Services Manager reports directly to a Director of Client Services. The Client Services Manager is a senior leadership role that oversees all regional programs ensuring quality of care and service, while directly supporting Client Services Coordinator’s and Client Services Specialists in their roles as well as being a resource to and working closely with the provincial executive. 100% of this job is administrative. This position works independently, receiving minimal supervision and guidance while using considerable judgement to perform job tasks, ensure excellence in service provision and in the development of new programs, and training practices that may be involved in such programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in related Human Services discipline
  • A working knowledge in: Client Rights, Medication Administration & Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol
Additional Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated progressive management and administration experience with related skills in communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, budgeting and planning skills.
  • Interpersonal: Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time. Ability to communicate at a highly professional level to act as an ambassador to Rehoboth.
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting and repetitive movements 
Years of Experience:                     
  • Greater than two years up to five years of progressive management experience in related field combined with supervisory experience and program development.
Hours of Work:
  • Primarily Monday through Friday; however, flexibility required. There may be meetings outside these hours which would be flexed to meet the needs of the position.
