It is helpful to us if you would give us a sense what type of Camper you would like to develop a friendship with; for example you might be matched with a highly active, non-verbal, Camper, or a non-active, verbal Camper, or a highly social, non-mobile Camper. Rehoboth Camp Program - Volunteer Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct consists of ten statements which outline acceptable behaviors that are in keeping with the values and expectations of Rehoboth Christian Ministries and the Camp Committee. The Code of Conduct is designed to guide volunteer interactions with Camp Directors, Campers and other Volunteers while they participate in the program(s).
Failure to abide with the Volunteer Code of Conduct may result in immediate dismissal of the volunteer from camp.
1. I will treat the Camp Directors with respect at all times and I understand their expectations for my behavior as set out at the Camp Orientation I attended.2. I will abide by the rules as given by the Camp Directors for electronic devices, including cell/smart phones, at Camp with the understanding that the Campers and the program come first.3. I understand that I may not leave the Camp premises at ANY time unless it is as part of the Camp programming.4. I will dress appropriately at all times while at Camp as I understand that I am a model for other volunteers and for the Campers. In the case of a discrepancy, I will abide by the decision of the Camp Directors.5. I understand the profanity is not permitted under any circumstances.6. I understand that bedtime is at 12 midnight, that I must be in my cabin at that time and that lights out is at 12:30 A.M.7. I understand that any photographs and videos that I take while at Camp must not be posted on any Internet site and/or social media site to protect the identity of the campers and volunteers.8. I understand that I must act appropriately, including physical touch, with other campers and volunteers at all times and that improper conduct can lead to immediate expulsion from the Camp program.9. I understand that any unresolved issues that cannot be dealt with constructively with the Team Leader shall be brought immediately to the attention of the Camp Directors.10. I understand that I must treat the Camp property and all buildings there with respect and not deface them by any means.11. I understand that that there is a zero tolerance for sharps and/or weapons at camp. If I have a medically required sharp, I understand that this must be locked in the nurses station during all times and I must access the nurses when this device is needed

Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement
As a volunteer of Rehoboth Camp, I understand that I may have access to specific, confidential, and privileged information concerning persons who are enrolled in the Rehoboth Camp program, as well as their guardians and families. Furthermore, I may have access to specific confidential and privileged information concerning fellow volunteers and the internal operations of Rehoboth Camp.
In keeping with the principles of confidentiality as enunciated by Rehoboth and articulated in existing government legislation, I hereby agree not to disclose any such confidential information to any person or agency other than those duly authorized to receive such information.
I understand that violation of the principles of confidentiality may be cause for disciplinary action.
I have read and understood the Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement and agree to adhere to it throughout my Volunteer position.
If the volunteer is younger than 18 years of age, this form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
The volunteer wishes to participate in the Rehoboth Camp Ministry. As a condition thereof, he/she agrees to the following:
I have read and understood the Participation Agreement, and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in said agreement.
Rehoboth Christian Ministries will not be held liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, in lieu of a Police Clearance Check, you need to provide 2 written character references from people who are not a family member. These people must be over the age of 18.
If you are over the age of 18, we will accept a copy of a Police Check that is less than 3 years old.
If you can produce a Police Clearance Check at no cost to you, please have one completed.
If you have to pay for a Police Clearance Check to volunteer for our program, we will provide you with the means to have one completed at no cost to you. Please contact the Camp Manager to get this process started via email.
If a criminal charge has been laid since your last criminal record check submission you must inform Rehoboth Christian Ministries with disclosure of the nature and severity of the charge.
