Description:
The Client Services Specialist reports directly to the Client Services Coordinator. This position provides information and education regarding service delivery philosophies, concepts, and tools, working closely with the client, their support network, and employees. The position prepares and presents verbal and written reports for stakeholders.

A successful CSS will be measured through service provision as per Rehoboth policy and service delivery, in addition to guardian, client, and employee satisfaction:
- Caseload deadlines are met
- Client data is current with appropriate follow-up noted and completed
- Person-centered planning philosophy is apparent in processes and documentation
- Client’s Rights are maintained
- Knowledge and understanding of Service Delivery, Health & Safety, and Policy & Procedure Manuals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Community Disability Studies Diploma or other related Human Service Diploma
- Proficient command/comprehension of the English language
- Police information Check that does not disqualify you from employment
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of basic office applications and data bases
Additional Qualifications:
- Medication Administration
- Client Rights
- Abuse Prevention & Response Protocol and/or Instructor
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and/or Instructor
- Person Centered Planning training
- Legal Canadian driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes/million-dollar liability
- Positive Behavior Supports
Years of Experience:
- Greater than two years relevant experience, with at least one year of experience with complex behavioral support needs and/or complex medical support need
